Princesa Dream Extensions Company uses USPS. When placing your order, you will receive a tracking number/signature confirmation number. Please allow 3-5 days for payment processing. Orders usually require 7-14  business days for delivery once payment has been received. It is advised that you order your hair in advance so that it may arrive at your desired time. There are no shipping fees.

REFUND POLICY

There are NO REFUNDS. Exchanges only. No exceptions!
We ensure that the quality of hair is excellent quality, however if you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for an exchange equal to your purchase if:

1. Item is returned within 7 days of being received
(orders are kept track of using your signature confirmation number)
2. Hair has been unused, unworned, undamaged, and tag has not been removed from hair
3. Hair must not have been altered
(combed, bushed, washed, cut, ect...)

You may only exchange your hair if the hair meets the above requirements.

You must speak to me or a representative via telephone to further discuss your needs. Please fill out our contact form with your phone number and we will contact you within 24- 48 hours.

Our main priority is customer satisfaction. If you are unhappy with anything, please contact us immediately so that we may do our best to resolve your issue!
